What do you gain from integrating Odoo with TPay?
Our module is a comprehensive solution for handling finances in your online store (eCommerce) and customer portal. It's designed to automate the work of your accounting and sales departments as much as possible.
1. BLIK and Pay-by-link (Fast payments)
At checkout in Odoo, the customer selects TPay and is then securely redirected to the operator's page. There, they can pay with BLIK (a single-code payment), a transfer from any Polish bank, or a card (Visa/Mastercard with 3D Secure). After a successful transaction:
- The system automatically confirms the sale order.
- It issues and settles the invoice.
- The payment gateway's language automatically matches the customer's language in Odoo (support for PL, EN, DE, FR, among others).
2. Card tokenization and subscription support
If you run a SaaS business or offer subscription services, this module is for you. Logged-in customers can save their payment card during their first purchase. Odoo doesn't store sensitive card data - it only saves a secure "token" and the last 4 digits. Thanks to this:
- Customers can make subsequent purchases with "one click" (One-Click Payment).
- The module fully integrates with the native Odoo Subscriptions app, automatically charging the customer's card in subsequent billing cycles.
3. Full and partial refunds directly from Odoo
Handling refunds is often an operational nightmare. Our module eliminates the need to log in to the TPay panel manually. You initiate a refund (full or partial) directly from the credit note or the payment screen in Odoo. The system communicates with the TPay API (REST v3) on its own.
- Card refunds are confirmed instantly via webhook.
- Bank transfer refunds are checked automatically every hour using a built-in scheduled action (CRON).
Security and easy setup
As software developers, we know a payment gateway needs to be reliable and secure. That's why the integration is built on the highest standards:
- JWS verification (RFC 7515): Every notification from TPay is verified against an X.509 certificate. We also support optional MD5 checksums.
- Anti-fraud signals: Odoo passes the customer's IP address and User-Agent to TPay, helping detect potential fraud.
Setting up the system literally takes a few minutes. Just enter the Client ID and Client Secret from the TPay panel. What's more, the module has a built-in "Test API Connection" button that lets you verify your credentials without leaving Odoo. You can also easily switch between the production environment and the Sandbox (test mode).
